Return Policy

At Kay Organics, returns are generally not accepted due to the hygienic and consumable nature of herbal and wellness products.

Returns will only be accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product packaging was already open, broken, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery

  • The product cap, seal, lid, or container is broken or leaking

  • The customer receives a wrong product

  • The product received is expired or physically damaged during transit

To be eligible for review, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery along with proper images/videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or complimentary/free items

  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Policy

If a refund request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to share bank account details for refund processing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped from our facility, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Kay Organics reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the conditions mentioned above are not fulfilled.
